Kamya Kukreti is a Counselling Psychologist and Wellbeing Coach with over eight years of experience in counselling, emotional wellbeing and mental health support.
Her experience includes working with individuals navigating emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, grief, self-esteem and personal growth.
Her work brings together psychological understanding with an integrative therapeutic approach, creating space to explore both present concerns and the deeper patterns that may influence them.
She believes that therapy is not about telling you who you should be. It is about creating a space where you can understand yourself more deeply, make sense of your experiences, and find your own way forward.
